Jerome “Jerry” T. Kellogg, age 58, of Des Plaines, IL, died suddenly from an accidental fall on July 25, 2021, in Elmhurst, IL.  He was born May 2, 1963 in Kenosha, WI.   Beloved husband of Eugenia "Genie" Reddick Kellogg; loving father of Courtney (TJ) Olifer and Chelsea (Jeremy) Butler; cherished papa of Kathan and Kyla Olifer and Addie, Callie and Emmie Butler; devoted son of Marlene Joyce and the late Robert W.; dear brother of Dr. Jeffrey (Nancy) Kellogg and Jeanette Kellogg; fond uncle of Katie (Matt) Schwiebert, Robert (Jamie) Kellogg, Amanda (Chad) Casarotto, Phillip (Meredith) Otto and Jonathan (Bri) Sally.

Jerry was a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer for Haben Funeral Home & Crematory his entire career. He was a graduate of Sioux City North High School, Sioux City, Iowa, the University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls, Iowa and Worsham College of Mortuary Science.
